We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

5. How long we keep your data

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected:

  • Client project records — up to 7 years for legal and contractual reasons
  • Website analytics — 14 months (rolling window)
  • Email correspondence — up to 3 years
